My choice for most unfortunate death is gonna be Karl from Die Hard. He had his brother die. He got beaten up by a New York cop. He was hanged by a chain. He was blown up in a rooftop explosion. He fell 30+ stories in a pile of rubble. He was eventually killed by a pudgie cop with a police issue revolver! That Jason is the most unfortunate death!
