Spider-Man Is Officially Amazing
After a ton of speculation, we now have answers to two of the biggest remaining questions surrounding Sony’s Spider-Man reboot.
- What will Andrew Garfield looks like in the full suit?
- What title will they go with?
The Amazing Spider-Man. I think it really the only title they could have gone with that felt new yet raised the bar. Take that Raimi! This version is amazing. To me, everything depends on the action and the fights. We all know the story of Peter Parker. It’ll be interesting to see him develop new relationships on the big screen again but I’m in it for action. Classic Spider-Man action.
I have to say, if the image below of Andrew in costume is any indication of the quality of this movie we are in for something… Amazing.

THOR Trailer. Bad Ass?
Is it just me or does this movie really tow the line between cheese and bad ass? Certain parts of this trailer scream campy humor while others show off huge action sequences that look incredible.
At the end of the day, Thor is meant to be a fun movie and it certainly looks like it will deliver something audiences will enjoy.
Dead Island Takes Over The Internet
Now this is how you debut a new video game. Fans of Grand Theft Auto and the Left 4 Dead series have something to look forward too! A sandbox adventure where you must survive an island infested with crazed zombies.
That’s not the news here though. What’s insane is the huge amount of hype generated by the trailer.
There is already talk of a movie based on the game with studios knocking down doors to gain the movie rights to this game.

11/11/11 = Creepy
I’m not 100% sold on this flick but it has potential for sure.
Hooooo! I Miss Thundercats
Early in the week, this test footage started circulating showing off what might have been.
Will we ever get to see a Live action Thundercats movie? Probably not. A CGI film would be the next best thing but it looks like we will just have to cling to the upcoming animated series.

Full Insidious Trailer Features Darth Maul?
Obviously, the Sith Lord isn’t actually in James Wan’s new horror fest but his little deranged brother might be. Darth Paul makes his appearance around the 1:25 mark in this trailer and he’s pretty intense.

The movie itself looks pretty freaky and you can’t argue with the people who created Saw and Paranormal Activity.
On another note, wouldn’t it be bad ass if there was a horror movie with Darth Maul as the villain? Just wondering.

SHORT FILM TRAILER: The Dress
Here is a sneak peak at an upcoming short film from Hesterhouse Productions called The Dress.
OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS: The Dress is a farce exploration of the modern day wedding. The script, inspired by the poem Buoyancy by Rumi, is based on an eclectic mix of more than 400 weddings that have occurred over the past fourteen years on the historical Lyndhurst Estate. It is a character driven film filled with humor and heart. Driving home universal themes of family, identity and absolute truth.
